Global shipping operator DP World expects freight rates to fall by as much as “20 per cent” this year as demand from consumers begins to slow down, Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says.
Mr Boyd discussed the issue with Freight & Trade Alliance Director Paul Zalai.
“For those who are trading its good news with those record rates that we experienced in the last few years … coming down significantly,” he said.
